As far as I remember, I’ve always been passionate about languages, literature and cultures. I grew up in France and studied English, German and Spanish before moving to Ireland for a year to improve my English. I decided to study translation and after my Masters, I moved to sunny Barcelona and worked for a leading translation company for one year.
But I quickly found out that I was not made for a 9 to 5 regular job… In 2016, I quit my job and my flat in Barcelona, created my own translation business and decided to embrace the nomadic lifestyle. Since then, I have been traveling and living in Indonesia, Thailand, all over Europe and in the United States.
I’ve always been driven by passion and that’s why I only work with brands that I love and that reflect my own values. I have been working with fashion and cosmetic brands and help them win over the French market by adapting their content into French. As a wine and whisky enthusiast, I also work with distilleries, adapting their brand identity to the French audience. As a serial traveller, I also work with hotel brands and airlines.
When I’m not working, I’m usually busy discovering the new country I’m in, diving, snorkelling, walking around, wine tasting and occasionally paragliding… But I also love to chill out with a good book (hey, I’m a linguistic nerd after all…) and a good dram.
I also write poetry and fiction (both in French and English) and working with publishing houses.
