Tell Us Your Story

I’m a small-town girl from South Africa who has been fortunate enough to explore the world and cultivate diverse experiences that have shaped my entrepreneurial journey. I’ve lived in South Africa before, and now I’m based in Dubai, where I’m making an impact through my life coaching and therapy practice. I am also an internationally awarded cabin crew member operating for an airline, where I’m fortunate enough to be part of the rewards & recognition team. Before this, I was a model and owned businesses in fashion and aviation. Along the way, I earned a degree in design and specialized in advertising, communication science, and business management, which helped me build a well-rounded foundation in creativity, business, and personal development.

Having been through my own challenges, I found healing through self-awareness and a deep belief in the power of change. Today, I combine my expertise in life coaching, neuroscience, and art to help individuals transform their lives, whether it’s healing from addictions, rebuilding self-esteem, navigating tough relationships, or learning how to love themselves again. I use faith, spiritual practices, and intuitive guidance to guide my clients through their journey. I firmly believe that small changes lead to big differences, and it all starts with choosing to believe in yourself.

I’m on a mission to help others realize that they are never alone and that healing begins with making the choice to move forward with love, faith, and a positive mindset.

What are the most common challenges you’ve observed facing women entrepreneurs in your industry, and how can we work together to create solutions and resources to overcome them?

One of the most common challenges I see among women entrepreneurs is the struggle to balance ambition with personal well-being. Women often feel pressure to do it all—be successful in business, manage family life, and maintain personal health—and in the process, they can lose sight of their own needs.

To overcome this, we need to create a community that emphasizes self-care and resilience. Sharing resources on mental health, emotional wellness, and stress management can help women find support and not feel isolated in their struggles. It’s also essential to address the fear of failure and self-doubt by encouraging mentorship, shared experiences, and belief in one’s potential.

What does a typical day in your life as an entrepreneur look like? How can we share these insights to build community and understanding among women entrepreneurs?

My days are dynamic and varied. I start my mornings with grounding practices like prayer, beach walks, or meditation, which help me center myself and set positive intentions for the day. Afterward, I focus on client sessions for my life coaching and therapy practice, guiding individuals through healing and transformation.

I also prioritize creative outlets, such as art and writing. These activities, along with personal hobbies like gym workouts, keep my energy levels high and my creativity flowing. Sharing these practices can inspire others to find balance and fulfillment in their entrepreneurial journeys.

How do you maintain work-life balance, and what strategies or resources can we share to help women entrepreneurs prioritize their well-being?

Balance begins with prioritizing health, relationships, and work. I set clear boundaries, lean on my support system, and engage in activities like art and beach walks to recharge. Recognizing when to say no and maintaining open discussions about self-care and mental health are critical strategies for sustaining well-being while growing a business.

What personal and professional goals would you like to achieve in the next year? How can we create opportunities for collaboration and support among women entrepreneurs to achieve these goals?

Personally, I aim to expand my life coaching practice and publish more creative work. Professionally, I hope to launch online programs that reach women globally, empowering them to unlock their potential and embrace confidence and self-love.

Collaboration is key—through mentorship programs, workshops, and shared resources, women can support each other to achieve growth and leave a legacy of positive change.

How do you think female entrepreneurs can inspire and empower each other?

By sharing our stories, embracing authenticity, and focusing on collaboration rather than competition, women entrepreneurs can uplift and empower one another. Mentorship, encouragement, and shared experiences are powerful tools for creating a supportive and thriving community.
